Nicole Danielle "Nicki" Culbertson, 16, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003, at her home in Nevada. She was born June 4, 1987, in Nevada to Ricky Lee Culbertson and Mary Laura Watkins Culbertson.
Nicki lived her entire life in Nevada. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and attended Cedar Ridge School.
Survivors include her parents, Rick and Mary Culbertson - Nevada; two sisters, Erin Culbertson - Uganda, and Jessi Culbertson - St. Louis; grandparents, Mary Ann Watkins - St. Louis, and Cliff and Bonnie McDaniel - Nevada; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were held Sunday, Sept. 28, at the First Baptist Church, Nevada, with Dr. William Cox officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Walker.
Memorials may be given to Cedar Ridge Playground Fund or Children's Miracle Network, Joplin, in care of Ferry Funeral Home, 301 S. Washington, Nevada, MO 64772.
