Gloria Thomasina Ammala

Gloria Thomasina Ammala, 80, of rural Osceola, passed away at Cedar County Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Gloria was born on July 2, 1929, to Barney and Madeline Levra in Iron Belt, WI.

She married Edward Ammala and they were the parents of two sons, Michael and Edward.

Gloria worked as a registered nurse and enjoyed her career helping people. She loved her family and was a wonderful wife and mother. She leaned upon her Catholic faith which gave her direction in her life.

Survivors include her husband, Edward, of the home; and two sons, Michael Ammala - Hermitage, and Edward Ammala - Rolla.
A private family service was held on Thursday, May 27, under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home, El Dorado Springs.
