Arnold Lee Lloyd, 60, was born Aug. 17, 1950, in Red Bud, IL, to Barnie Elmer and Emza Catherine (Sweet) Lloyd. He passed away April 19, 2011, Kansas City (MO) Veterans Hospital.
Arnold proudly served his country in the US Army.
On Dec. 25, 1976, he was united in marriage to Patricia Jane Wainwright. To this union three sons were born - Arnold Lee Lloyd II, Patrick Wain, and Don Matthew.
Arnold loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He worked 24 years at FRAM Automotive Industries in Nevada.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Barnie and
Emza Lloyd; brothers, George Lloyd, James Lloyd and Robert Lloyd.
Arnold is survived by his loving wife, Patricia, of the home; his sons - Arnold Lee Lloyd II, El Dorado Springs, Patrick Wain Lloyd and wife, Shanda, Colorado and Don Matthew Lloyd, Walker; a grandson, Griffin Lloyd; brothers - Clarence Lloyd, Marvin Lloyd, Charles Lloyd and Joe Lloyd; sister, JoAnn Lloyd; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Services were held Tuesday, May 3, at Sheldon Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Dean Scism officiating and military honors by the National Guard Mike Team. Music was
“Take It To The Lord In Prayer” and”“The Old Rugged Cross”.
Final disposition was cremation. Interment was Tuesday, May 3, in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield.
