Mom never turned anyone away. Her door was always open to anyone who needed a hug or a meal or a place to lay their head. Mom was the most loving and caring person God blessed the earth with.

Her heart and ears were always open. With a hug and a soft piece of advise she could fix all of our problems. We will miss those hugs. Guess God needed her hugs for now.

Services were held Monday, June 29, in Sheldon Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Norval officiating. Lori Norval sang Amazing Grace and I’ll Fly Away. Casketbearers were Marty McGee, Miah Rifenburg, Nick Bullard, Elmer Sharer Gary Norval and Harold Johnson.

Interment was in Pleasant Springs Cemetery under direction of Sheldon Funeral Home, El Dorado Springs.
