Helen Lavonne Porter

Helen Lavonne Porter, 86, San Angelo, TX, was born Feb. 29, 1924, and passed from this life on Sept. 25, 2010, at her daughter’s home. Her husband, “Bob” Porter, of Schell City, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter, Shari Koppelman – San Angelo, TX; two grandchildren, Anita and Doug Koppelman – both of San Angelo, TX; her sister, Billie of Carthage; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial services were held Friday, Oct. 1, in the Green Lawn Cemetery in Schell City with Brother Paul Thorade officiating.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Lewis-Hoagland Funeral Home, Schell City.
