Shirley Ann Biby

Shirley Anna Biby, 62, El Dorado Springs, passed from this life on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, at Nevada Regional Medical Center after a long illness. She was born Feb. 14, 1948, in Mindenmines to James W. and Dolly A. (Edwards) Anderson.

Shirley graduated from Nevada Vo Tech School of Practical Nursing in 1989 and worked as an LPN for 15 years. She was married to Carl Schneidewind in 2003. She adored her husband, children and grandchildren. In later years she enjoyed spending her free time reading, sewing and crocheting.

Preceding Shirley in death were her parents, five brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Schneidewind, of El Dorado Springs; three sons - Eric Biby - Mulberry, KS, Aaron Biby - Pittsburg, KS, and Anthony Biby - El Dorado Springs; one brother, Dale Anderson - Kansas City, KS; one sister, Cecile Brewer -Gillette, WY; nine grandchildren; and two step-children, Chris Schneidewind and Julia Schneidewind.

A memorial service was held in the Family Life Center at the Church of God (Holiness) in El Dorado Springs on Oct. 10.

Arrangements were under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
