Bonnie A. Prewitt

Bonnie A. Prewitt, 91, Walker, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011, at Moore-Few Care Center in Nevada. She was born on Oct. 7, 1919, in Walker, MO, to William G. Jones and Susie Coffman Jones.

She married Robert S. Prewitt on June 21, 1941, in Butler and he preceded her in death on Jan. 21, 2003.

Bonnie was born and raised in Walker and graduated from Walker High School. She was a seamstress and enjoyed playing bingo. She was a member of the Walker Christian Church.

The family wishes to thank Dr. F.L. Thompson, Mary Wille and Betty Radde for all their time and help.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Murry Jones.

Survivors include one daughter, Norma Campaneris - Overland Park, KS; and one granddaughter, Carmen Campaneris - Overland Park, KS. 

A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, at Newton Burial Park, Nevada, with Pastor David Rorabaugh officiating.  Friends may call until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
