Albert Lee Venter

Albert Lee Venter, 86, Osceola, passed away Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, at his home east of El Dorado Springs.

A lifelong area resident, he was a retired farmer and minister and an Army veteran of World War II.

Among local survivors is his wife, Donis, of the home.

Family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, at the Sheldon Funeral Home in El Dorado Springs.

Funeral services and military honors began at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug, 11, at the Sheldon Funeral Home in El Dorado Springs. Burial will be in the Venter Family Cemetery at the Venter Farm.
