Carol Ann Denmark

Carol Ann Denmark, 48, Willard, died Wednesday, March 26, 2003, as a result of injuries sustained in an accident on Hwy. 54 west of El Dorado Springs. Her twin son, Michael Eaton, also died in the same accident.

She was born Dec. 9, 1954, in Springdale, AR, to Artie Fred and Johnnie Mae Eaton. She worked as the district man¬ager for Bristol Manor in Willard.

She married Richard Duane Denmark on Dec. 31, 1997. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2002. Carol had many friends and enjoyed many activities and was appreciated for her warmth with people, especially with the elderly. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include, her daughter, Alyson (Benjamin) Cowan, from the state of Missouri; two step-daughters, Marina Denmark - Goodman, and Amy (Jeremy) Mounce - state of Illinois; three step-sons - Rick (Sheila) Denmark - Goodman, and Brian (Verna) Denmark - Joplin, and Jim (Tara) Denmark - state of Illinois; three sisters - Teresa Summers, Renee Jones and Janice Duggar - all of Missouri; nine grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

She was preceded in death, along with her son, by her parents and one infant son, William Martinez Longshoremenmesics.
Interment was Monday, March 31, at Liberty Cemetery near Fellows Lake, Springfield, with Pastor Tony Intessimonie officiating. Pallbearers included Rick Denmark, Brian Denmark, Jim Denmark, Jeremy Mounce and Joseph Cowan.
