Danny Victor Brizendine, 66, was born March 1, 1943, in California, MO, to Clyde and Kathryn (Pace) Brizendine. He passed Aug. 18, 2009, at his home near El Dorado Springs.
Danny grew up in California, MO, and graduated from California High School.
On Aug. 31, 1963, he was united in marriage to Linda Kitchell. To this union two daughters were born, Tammy and Danna.
Danny worked as a foreman for Bayer Agricultural Chemical Company in Kansas City from 1969 until his retirement in 1999.
After retirement he, Linda and Tammy moved to the El Dorado Springs area.
Danny was preceded in death by his daughter, Danna, and a brother, Gary.
He is survived by his wife, Linda, and daughter, Tammy, of the home; two brothers, Robert, and wife, Ruth, and Rollie, and wife, Mary - California, MO; sisters-in-law, Diana Kitchell - California, MO, Sue Renfrow - Strafford, and Martha Snyder and husband, Jerry - Springfield; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
Services were held Sunday, Aug, 23, in the El Dorado Springs First Baptist Church with Rev. John Holt officiating. Music was Because He Lives, How Great Thou Art and In The Garden with soloist, Rebecca Keltner and pianist, Kay Fogler. Graveside services were held on Friday, Aug. 21, in Hickman Cemetery, Clarksburg, under the direction of Sheldon Funeral Home, El Dorado Springs.
