Frances Sue Woodcock

Frances Sue Woodcock, 61, Independence, passed away Aug. 22, 2010. She was born Jan. 11, 1949, in Clinton, to Theodore and Ellen Rice Greer.

She grew up in Appleton City and Nevada. Frances graduated from Nevada High School in 1967 and Central Missouri State in
1972. She worked for the Welfare Department in Missouri and Riverside, CA.

Frances was preceded in death by her sister, Darline Littleton of Clinton.

She leaves two sons, Chris and his wife, Vicki, and Daniel and his wife, Tina; two grandsons and three granddaughters; and sister-in-law, Linda Strong - Lamar.

Graveside services began at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, in Taberville Cemetery with Randy Sheldon officiating. Music was In the Garden.
