Barbara Ann Dockery

Barbara Ann Dockery, 65, Nevada, passed away Sept. 22, 2009, in her home following a prolonged illness. Barbara was born to Dan Fredrick Henry and Mary Ida (Boltinghouse) Henry on Oct. 6, 1943.

She married Loren Curtis Dockery on June 18, 1960, in El Dorado Springs. To this union two sons were born. Barbara enjoyed crocheting, sewing and quilting, not to mention spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were: her parents, Dan and Mary Henry; her husband, Loren Dockery; her brother, Bob Henry; and her grandson, Andy Wayn Dockery Jr.

Survivors include two sons: Andy Dockery and Michael Dockery - both of Nevada; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother, Bill Henry - CA; and one sister, Wilma Pippin - El Dorado Springs.

Services were held on Saturday, Sept. 26, in the Bland-Hackleman Chapel with Rev. Brent Bland officiating. Interment followed in the St. James Ridge Cemetery, near Milford. Pallbearers were - Carter Pugh, Eddie Stanhope, Drew Blake, Max Walters, Fernando Zatien and Keith Anderson.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
